Independent watchdog groups are necessary in any healthy democracy, but they are often delegitimized through sensationalism or polarization.
JM-Comm’s Watchdog Accountability Reports will treat these groups as civic actors rather than agitators.
Our position is that accountability should be structured, not chaotic.
Each report will evaluate watchdog organizations based on:
• transparency of funding
• clarity of mission
• adherence to lawful conduct
• quality of evidence
• impact on public outcomes
We will neither romanticize nor demonize them — we will standardize how they are judged.
JM-Corp directs JM-Comm to position this work as a bridge between civil society and formal institutions.
